Picture Day! Saturday April 16th
•Pictures will be taken at the Community Center in Chamberlin Park.
•Group and individual pictures will be taken.
•There will be no Saturday classes on Picture day.
•Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time ready to go
(in costume with hair and make-up done). This is a very busy day so we need to work quickly and on time.
•You must wear your recital costume for pictures.
If you do not have your costume we will bring them. You must arrive even earlier to allow time to get dressed.
Board members will be available to purchase tickets, submit recital spirit wear orders/recital orders and answer any questions about the upcoming recital. We will also be signing up volunteers. Please sign up if you haven't already!

All costumes that were being altered will be ready on Saturday 4.16. Please arrive early to pictures to get your costume.
We received a few costume deliveries yesterday and are expecting another today. The shipment today is the Intro Flag 2 costume. The rest are mostly size exchanges. The Advanced Ballet costume (a few sizes) have not shipped. Sorry for the delay! Board members will be at the studio tonight sorting the costumes. If you are waiting on a costume please come to the studio tonight from 6-7 to pick it up. If you cannot make it we will bring them to the Community Center on Saturday. Please arrive early to get dressed.
Order forms for our 2016 recital wear are now available! These items are typically a huge hit for our dancers.
This year we will be offering a recital t-shirt, recital hoodie, dance sweatpants, and dance yoga pants. Also this year you can add your name in glitter on the back or your t-shirt or hoodie for an additional charge.
Attached to this email is the order form. We will also have copies at the dance studio. You may drop all orders in the locked mailbox in the dance studio lobby along with payment. Please make checks payable to: Threadin' It Up.
The latest date that we can accept orders is on Picture Day (4/16 at 3 pm). This will ensure that we can receive the items by recital.
Note: Over the next few weeks we will also have an order form for Flower/Candy Bouquets, Program ads, and DVDs.
