Costume Meauring begins Monday October 29

Please make sure you attend class this week to be measured. If you are absent during class, stop in any day or time - we have volunteers measuring during all classes the entire week.

Mrs. L's make up classes are scheduled to start this Saturday. The schedule for 10/27 and 11/3 is the following:

Noon-Intro Ballet 2
12:30-Intro Tap
1:00-Beginning Flag
1:30-Intermediate Flag
2:15-Ad Ballet
3:00-Pointe

These are not required, but recommended if you can make it. Thanks!

IMPORTANT POLICY CHANGES FOR 2018-2019

-Registration and enrollment for classes will be on a first come-first serve basis. 

-Each class has a student limit ranging from 7-12 depending on the discipline and learning level. Once the class is full, a waiting list will be created.

-All students must have a registration and emergency medical form filled out before coming to class and must be completed by a parent or guardian.Students will not be considered enrolled and until this occurs and will not be allowed to attend classes.

-Registration forms will not be accepted by mail or dropping off until August 12.

-Students must register for classes they are assigned to by instructors. If you are new or unsure of which classes to enroll your student in, please email us or discuss with our instructors on August 11. Students will not be allowed to enroll in classes without instructor approvals.

-If a student wants to visit a class to evaluate whether they would like to join (and it’s not full), they may attend (1) class without formally registering for that class. If the student wishes to enroll, formal communication of registering for the class will need to be communicated to the board and instructor pending instructor approval.

-Activity conflicts: If a student is participating in other activites that could temporarily conflict with their classes, it is IMPORTANT to notify the board and instructor. If a student misses more than 2 weeks in a row, with no formal communication of activity conflicts or reason for absence, the student will be considered dropped from the class and students on the waiting list will be added. If students drop after October 1, no refunds will apply.

-Payments: If your account is not current and you have not communicated developed an alternate payment plan to the board by December 14, 2018 costumes will not be ordered for the student and they will not be allowed to attend class until their account is current or payment schedules have been established.
